The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall operational activities of the organization and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of all departments. The role includes operational planning, team coordination, quality control, customer satisfaction, and achieving organizational goals efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
Monitor operational performance and improve efficiency and productivity.
Coordinate with department heads for effective execution of operational activities.
Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
Manage manpower planning, resource allocation, and operational budgets.
Identify operational issues and implement corrective measures.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
Prepare operational reports and present updates to management.
Lead and motivate teams to achieve operational excellence.
