Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller & Counsellor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling prospective clients/students, explaining our services, addressing their queries, counseling them regarding suitable programs, and converting leads into enrollments. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build rapport with potential customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective leads via phone and follow up regularly.
- Explain company services, programs, and offerings to potential clients/students.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate guidance.
- Counsel and assist prospects in making informed decisions.
- Maintain and update lead information in the database.
- Follow up with interested candidates to maximize conversions.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve concerns.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets(incentive based).
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on lead status and conversions.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Prior experience in telecalling, counseling, sales, customer support, or lead generation is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
