Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage customer inquiries, provide information about our training programs, and support the admission process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-ins, inbound and outbound calls, and customer inquiries professionally.
- Counsel prospective students about courses, career opportunities, and training programs.
- Explain course details, fee structure, batch timings, and placement support.
- Convert inquiries into admissions and achieve monthly enrollment targets.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM/ERP system.
- Coordinate with trainers and the academic team regarding batch schedules and student requirements.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
- Participate in promotional activities, seminars, and educational events as required.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Any Graduate / Postgraduate.
- Experience in customer relationship management, counseling, telecalling, or sales is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
