- Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, CLRA, etc.)
- Address employee queries and grievances
- Assist in performance management and appraisal process
- Maintain HR policies and ensure implementation
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Prepare HR reports and MIS
- Handle exit formalities (full & final settlement, exit interviews)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance
- Basic understanding of payroll processing
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Pay: ₹37,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
