Department - Service Operations
2-5 years of experience at Service Advisor in an automotive workshop or dealership
Strong technical knowledge of cars & automotive systems
Excellent communication & customer handling skills
Ability to prepare estimates & explain technical issues to customers
Problem solving and conflict resolution skills
Good organizational & time management abilities
Sales & upselling skills for service packages & maintenance plans
Good understanding of vehicle systems, diagnostics and repair processes
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
