Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and responsible Shift Manager with 1–2 years of experience to oversee daily operations during assigned shifts. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, maintain service quality, manage team performance, and achieve operational targets while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily shift operations and ensure smooth execution of tasks.
- Lead, motivate, and support team members during the shift.
- Monitor attendance, productivity, and employee performance.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with other departments to maintain efficient operations.
- Prepare shift reports, including sales, inventory, and operational updates.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
- Train new employees and assist in ongoing staff development.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and quality standards are maintained throughout the shift.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in a Shift Manager, Team Leader, or Supervisor role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools.
