Job Overview
Celso Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to help expand our client base by connecting with domestic and international apparel buyers.
The role involves identifying potential buyers, presenting our manufacturing capabilities, and building long-term relationships with brands and retailers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential apparel buyers and brands
- Generate new business leads through platforms like LinkedIn, email outreach, and industry networks
- Present the company’s product collections and manufacturing capabilities to potential clients
- Arrange buyer meetings, product presentations, and factory visits
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline and lead database
- Follow up with leads and convert them into business opportunities
- Coordinate with the design and merchandising teams to develop products based on buyer requirements
- Support participation in trade fairs and industry events
- Maintain long-term relationships with buyers and sourcing agents
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in sales or business development in the apparel industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build relationships with buyers and sourcing agents
- Basic understanding of garment manufacturing and sourcing processes
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with export buyers or international brands
- Existing industry network or buyer contacts
