NIAC Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Resident to join our clinical team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, managing critically ill patients, responding to medical emergencies, and working closely with consultants and multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best clinical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and manage patients in ICU, Emergency, OT, and Wards.
- Monitor and stabilize critically ill patients.
- Attend emergency calls and Code Blue situations.
- Perform patient rounds and maintain clinical documentation.
- Assist consultants in patient management and treatment planning.
- Perform emergency and bedside procedures as per competency.
- Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, infection control, and patient safety standards.
- Coordinate effectively with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in clinical meetings, case discussions, and quality improvement initiatives.
Pay: ₹50,400.23 - ₹141,879.03 per month
