We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Factory Supervisor to oversee daily production activities, manage shop-floor operations, and ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily factory and production activities.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of targets.
- Manage manpower allocation and improve workforce productivity.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and production procedures.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Purchase, and Stores departments.
- Maintain discipline, safety, and housekeeping on the shop floor.
- Prepare daily production reports and monitor machine utilization.
- Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.
- Train and guide production operators and workers.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (D.M.E).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and production reporting.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve production targets.
