Compensation & Benefits
- Diploma: CTC ₹17,500/month (Take-home approx. ₹14,180)
- B.Sc.: CTC ₹17,000/month (Take-home approx. ₹13,700)
- ITI: CTC ₹17,077/month (Take-home approx. ₹13,420)
- Retention Bonus: ₹5,000 every 4 months (₹15,000 annually)
