Role & Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage both trade show event coordination and virtual webinar execution for MediaNV’s demand generation team.
This role will support our presence at major industry conferences while also helping us grow our virtual webinar marketing engine, primarily targeting podiatry and dental professionals across North America.
Trade Show & Event Coordination
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics for MediaNV’s participation in industry trade shows and conferences.
- Research and book economical flights, accommodation, and travel arrangements for team members attending events.
- Register for conferences early to secure strong booth placement and early-bird pricing.
- Coordinate booth setup requirements including electricity, flooring, banners, and equipment supplies.
- Work with vendors and organizers to ensure booth setup is completed on time.
- Organize and coordinate video/photography teams to capture event footage and testimonials.
- Coordinate pre-event and post-event email campaigns to drive booth traffic and follow up with leads.
- Support social media promotion before, during, and after events.
- Maintain organized event checklists, timelines, and internal planning documents.
- Conduct post-event reviews and gather feedback from leadership to improve future events.
Webinar & Virtual Event Management
- Own and execute the end-to-end webinar marketing process for virtual podiatry webinars hosted on Zoom.
- Identify, secure, and coordinate high-quality webinar speakers aligned with MediaNV’s growth strategy.
- Coordinate webinar logistics including speaker scheduling, slide decks, landing pages, and promotional assets.
- Drive webinar registrations through email campaigns, social media promotion, and guest collaborations.
- Assist in hosting webinars and ensuring smooth event execution.
- Repurpose webinar content into marketing assets such as clips, graphics, and downloadable resources.
- Track webinar performance metrics including registrations, attendance rates, and lead generation.
- Maintain organized tracking systems, content calendars, and reporting dashboards.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, webinar marketing, or content marketing
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple timelines and event logistics simultaneously
- Basic understanding of digital marketing workflows and lead generation
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Zoho, Zoom, Teams, and Asana is an added advantage
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Google Sheets, and marketing analytics tools
- Comfortable communicating with US-based professionals
- Understanding of event metrics and ability to track campaign results
