We are looking for a smart, confident, and energetic Marketing Executive to join our restaurant team. The candidate will be responsible for handling marketing activities, curating events, building corporate relationships, and engaging with guests to increase brand awareness and customer footfall.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day marketing activities at the restaurant
- Plan and execute events, theme nights, festivals, and promotional activities
- Meet corporates, offices, colleges, and potential guests for collaborations and bookings
- Build relationships with influencers, local communities, and repeat customers
- Coordinate social media content, reels, guest interactions, and brand promotions
- Ensure excellent guest engagement and customer experience at the outlet
- Promote restaurant offers, events, and special campaigns
- Coordinate with operations and management team for smooth execution of events and promotions
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable personality with confidence in guest handling
- Experience in hospitality, events, sales, or marketing preferred
- Knowledge of Mohali & Chandigarh market will be an advantage
- Social media knowledge and networking skills preferred
- Passion for hospitality and customer engagement

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
