FP&A Executive Manager
Looking to lead and shape the future of Global Finance? As an Executive Manager, you will define the strategic direction of enterprise FP&A, advise senior leaders, executives, and operations committees, and lead high-impact transformation across global businesses and Member Firms. You will advance enterprise performance, elevate decision support, cultivate senior finance talent, and deliver measurable value through innovative, scalable, and insight-driven solutions.
Service delivery
- Define the enterprise FP&A vision, aligning planning, performance, investment, margin, and risk management with strategic priorities. Translate those priorities into effective governance, decisive action, and measurable outcomes.

Lead enterprise planning, target-setting, forecasting, scenario analysis, and executive performance reviews. Establish consistent methodologies, challenge assumptions, assess forecast confidence, and deliver decision-ready insights.

Advise C-suite executives and senior leaders on performance, portfolios, resources, investments, costs, trends, and risk trade-offs, converting complexity into clear, actionable recommendations.

Establish standards for executive reporting, forecast governance, dashboards, review cycles, and performance narratives, ensuring consistent, business relevant, decision-ready insights.

Lead the development of enterprise dashboards, predictive analytics, and business intelligence. Responsibly scale automation and approved AI capabilities to enhance accuracy, speed, efficiency, and advisory impact.

Oversee budgets, discretionary spending, strategic investments, and resource portfolios, prioritizing opportunities based on value, financial exposure, cost optimization, and strategic alignment.

Drive finance transformation across planning, reporting, analytics, and decision support to scale delivery, strengthen discipline, reduce inefficiency, and generate measurable value.

Partner with senior leaders to sustain critical FP&A processes and ensure timely, accurate planning, reporting, and performance management.

Build trusted relationships across Global Finance and Member Firms, reconcile differing perspectives, resolve complex issues, and influence decisions through sound judgment and compelling insights.

Develop a robust finance leadership pipeline through coaching, sponsorship, succession planning, stretch assignments, and strategic exposure.

- Networking and Organizational Eminence: Build relationships across Global Finance, businesses, and Member Firms. Represent Global Finance in senior forums and contribute to finance, transformation, and professional-development initiatives.
- Change Leadership and Collaboration: Guide teams and stakeholders through change with transparency, empathy, and disciplined communication. Align functions, address resistance, and sustain transformation momentum.

The DTTL Global Finance Group supports DTTL and Member Firms worldwide through financial reporting, analysis, planning, performance management, and strategic finance initiatives. The team partners with senior leaders across the organization to enhance financial insight, improve business performance, and enable informed enterprise decision-making.

The Executive Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the Global Finance agenda, strengthening enterprise finance capabilities, and advancing the strategic use of technology, analytics, and automation across the organization.
Required Qualifications:
- 12–15 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, controllership, business operations, or finance consulting.
- Master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field or an equivalent qualification such as CA, CMA, ACCA, CFA, or MBA Finance.
- At least six years of people-leadership experience managing complex teams, stakeholders, and enterprise deliverables.
- Demonstrated expertise in planning, forecasting, performance management, executive reporting, scenario analysis, and financial risk.
- Proven experience advising C-suite executives and leading finance transformation initiatives.
- Advanced proficiency in SAP ECC/BW, Anaplan, Analysis for Office, Tableau, Power BI, or comparable technologies.
- Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder influence, analytical, and financial storytelling skills.
