- Shall be responsible for daily production plan compliance
- Manpower deployment to cater absenteeism / shortage on shift to shift basis
- To get issued all required material from store for meeting daily production plan
- Shall be responsible for any troubleshooting on machines
- FG transfers to store
- Efficiency feedback and last day major issues
- DHR report filling
- Upkeep of production shop floor i.e. 5S
- Shall be supporting for Training and skill development for machine operators, sorters and helpers
o Organizing small training sessions
o Skill level assessment and bringing it to desired level
- Maintaining all records as per the requirements.
- Coordination with marketing team for pre-dispatch Inspection.
