Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented MBA Insurance Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing, business development, and client relationship management, preferably within the General Insurance industry. Candidates from other industries with strong marketing experience and an MBA in Marketing are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for General Insurance products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, brokers, agents, and business partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, and brand-building initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business growth and sales objectives.
- Prepare marketing reports, presentations, and business proposals.
Required Qualifications
- MBA in Marketing and/or Insurance (preferred).
- 2–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the General Insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of General Insurance products and market practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to drive marketing initiatives and business development.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel within Delhi and Mumbai.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in the General Insurance sector will be an added advantage.
- Candidates from other industries with relevant marketing experience and an MBA in Marketing are welcome to apply.
