With multiple business divisions, branches, and a growing workforce, we are implementing Odoo ERP to streamline our operations and support future expansion.
We are looking for an experienced ERP & IT Manager to lead our digital transformation, manage our IT infrastructure, and ensure the smooth operation of Odoo ERP across the organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesOdoo ERP Management
- Manage and administer Odoo ERP across all departments.
- Configure users, roles, permissions, and workflows.
- Coordinate with the Odoo implementation partner for customizations and upgrades.
- Troubleshoot ERP issues and ensure system availability.
- Monitor data accuracy and user compliance.
User Training & Support
- Train employees on Odoo modules and business processes.
- Create user manuals, SOPs, and training materials.
- Provide day-to-day ERP support to all departments.
- Improve ERP adoption and ensure best practices are followed.
IT Infrastructure
- Manage desktops, laptops, printers, barcode scanners, and mobile devices.
- Maintain office networks, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, CCTV, and related IT systems.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware purchases, repairs, and annual maintenance.
- Ensure data security, backups, and software licensing compliance.
IT Asset Management
- Maintain a complete inventory of all IT assets.
- Track asset allocation, warranties, repairs, and replacements.
- Monitor software licenses and hardware lifecycle.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to automate and improve business processes.
- Work closely with management to implement technology-driven solutions.
- Lead future IT and ERP projects across the organization.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Odoo ERP (implementation or administration preferred).
- Good understanding of Inventory, Sales, Purchase, Accounting, and Warehouse processes.
- Knowledge of Windows administration, networking, printers, and CCTV systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and employee training skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and departments simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in ERP administration and IT management.
- Experience implementing or supporting ERP systems is preferred.
- Experience in retail, wholesale, FMCG, or manufacturing will be an advantage.
