Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, B.E. / B.Tech.
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):
- Experience in automotive weight management, vehicle development, or product engineering.
- Exposure to Vans, commercial vehicles, ICE, or BEV product development.
- Knowledge of Mercedes-Benz development processes, internal systems, and technical documentation standards.
- Experience in benchmarking, target setting, and supporting weight optimization activities.
- Ability to work with global stakeholders and cross-functional engineering teams.
