- Supervise day-to-day floor operations of the hypermarket
- Ensure proper product display, merchandising, and stock availability
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally
- Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams for stock replenishment
- Achieve sales targets and improve store performance
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational standards on the floor
- Support promotional activities and seasonal displays
- Train and motivate sales staff for better productivity
- Prepare daily sales and operational reports
Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
