We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Telecaller to handle inbound leads generated through our brand website. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
The role involves engaging with potential customers via calls to understand their requirements, preferences, and intent. You will be expected to provide clear, accurate, and relevant information about our product offerings, including features, applications, pricing range, and availability. Building rapport with customers, addressing their queries effectively, and guiding them through the decision-making process will be key responsibilities.
The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to handle multiple interactions efficiently. Maintaining records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and feedback is also an important part of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound leads and respond in a timely manner
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
- Communicate product details clearly and confidently
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer support is an advantage

- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Work Location: Mohali, Phase 8B (In-office)
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Sunday: Roster basis (Comp-off provided)
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
