Job Description
SIMPLE ENERGY is looking for an energetic, smart, and experienced Showroom Manager to lead our Simple Energy Kochi (Vennala) showroom.
Simple Energy is an emerging electric vehicle brand, featuring the Simple Ultra, with a claimed IDC range of up to 400 km.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the showroom.
* Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team.
* Drive showroom sales and achieve monthly targets.
* Handle customer enquiries, test drives, bookings, and deliveries.
* Ensure excellent customer experience and professional showroom standards.
* Monitor team performance and prepare sales reports.
* Coordinate with the head office in Bangalore for sales, operations, and other requirements.
* Build strong customer relationships and support business growth.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience in the automobile industry.
* Previous experience as a Showroom Manager / Sales Manager / Team Leader will be an advantage.
* Strong team management and leadership skills.
* Energetic, smart, and target-oriented personality.
* Good communication and customer-handling skills.
* Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
* Willingness to take ownership and deliver results.
