Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
The Compensation & Benefits Specialist supports:

Execution and administration of compensation and benefits programs in alignment with internal policies, market benchmarks and regulatory requirements.

On ensuring accurate implementation, data integrity and timely support for compensation and benefits processes while partnering with relevant stakeholders.
-
Strategic & execution, requiring deep expertise in compensation design, benefits governance, policy formulation, analytics and stakeholder influence.
Compensation:
-
Manage annual compensation cycles, including merit increases, promotions, corrections and incentive payouts

Conduct job evaluations and market benchmarking using internal frameworks and external compensation surveys

Design, implement and maintain salary ranges and compa-ratio frameworks
-
Analyze internal pay positioning to identify gaps, risks and required corrective actions
-
Prepare detailed compensation analyses, insights and presentations for senior leadership
-
Ensure compensation practices are competitive, equitable and aligned with business strategy
-
Own operational execution within HRIS, including data updates, validations, reporting and audit readiness
-
Manage end-to-end benefits programs, including health insurance, wellness initiatives, statutory and voluntary benefits
-
Evaluate and enhance benefits offerings to improve employee experience and retention, while effectively managing costsManage benefits vendors, including selection, renewals, new contracts and service-level agreements (SLAs)

Track benefits utilization, coverage and effectiveness to support continuous improvement

Drive benefits communication and employee awareness initiatives
Analytics & Governance

Develop and maintain compensation and benefits dashboards and management reports
- Ensure data accuracy, documentation, controls and audit readiness

Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory and internal C&B policies
-
Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on compensation and benefits programs

Prepare detailed project plan for all C&B activities
Stakeholder Management

Partner with the Canada C&B team to align compensation and benefits practices
-
Partner with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to support business-aligned compensation decisions

Support the hiring team by providing compensation guidance, pay parity checks and market based insights to ensure competitive and equitable offers

Manage external stakeholders, including vendors and service providers, to ensure seamless execution of C&B programs
-
Collaborate closely with Finance on budgeting, forecasting and workforce cost impact analysis
-
Support leadership reviews and decision-making through data-driven insights
Technical Expertise

Strong understanding of compensation structuring and benchmarking concepts (pay ranges, percentiles, compa ratios)

Experience in variable pay and incentive design

Benefits management and vendor governance
-
HR analytics and rewards dashboards
-
Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical ability and attention to detail
Qualifications & Experience
-
MBA / bachelor's degree in finance or related field
-
Must have 8–10 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits
-
Hands on experience in compensation benchmarking, salary structures and market analysis

Strong experience in data-driven compensation decision-making

Working knowledge of benefits administration and vendor management

Experience within mid-to-large organizations, preferably multinational or high-growth environments

Proven ability to work effectively with senior leaders and complex stakeholder groups
