Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end online research projects
- Handle client communication and project coordination
- Prepare feasibility, costing, and bidding for new RFQs/RFPs
- Coordinate with sample partners and negotiate pricing
- Monitor quotas, field progress, timelines, and data quality
- Handle survey testing, link checks, and project setup
- Ensure timely project delivery and smooth execution
Requirements:
- Experience in online market research and project management
- Strong understanding of sampling, quotas, IR/LOI, feasibility, and bidding
- Experience in preparing project costings and vendor management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Good knowledge of Excel and project tracking tools
Preferred:
- Experience with US, EU, and APAC market research studies
- Familiarity with survey platforms and panel management
