About the Role
We're hiring a Customer Success Intern to work closely with our CSM team, getting hands-on exposure to how a real SaaS customer success function runs — platform operations, client data, reporting, and the systems behind account health and retention. You'll learn directly from experienced CSMs and our Account Manager, with a clear path to take on more client-facing responsibility as you grow. This is a high-learning, high-visibility role for someone early in their career who wants real exposure to enterprise SaaS, customer success, and event-tech — not just busywork.
What You'll Do
- Test event setups (registration forms, communication flows, check-in configurations) and learn how enterprise clients actually use a SaaS platform
- Work with real client data — attendee lists, lead exports, registration data — and learn how data quality drives customer outcomes
- Prepare post-event reports (attendance, lead capture, engagement summaries) that go directly to enterprise clients
- Get hands-on with platform configuration, user access, and templates
- Contribute to our internal customer query knowledge base — directly shaping how Samaaro supports clients at scale
- Sit in on client calls and CSM workflows to learn account health, retention, and relationship management from the ground up

Who We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree (any stream)
- Comfortable with spreadsheets — Excel/Google Sheets, basic formulas, data handling
- Detail-oriented and process-driven — you catch small errors before they become big ones
- Quick to learn new software tools
- Curious about SaaS, customer success, or the events/marketing industry
- Nice to have: prior exposure to SaaS products, CRM tools, or project management tools (Jira); basic understanding of events or marketing.
