Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or Any Graduate with relevant experience
Industry Preference: Steel / Wire Manufacturing / Engineering / Automotive Components

As a fast-growing organization, we are looking for a proactive Planning Executive to manage production planning, material planning, and production scheduling to ensure on-time delivery while maximizing plant efficiency.
Job Summary
The Planning Executive will be responsible for preparing production plans based on customer orders, coordinating with Production, Purchase, Raw Material, Stores, Quality, and Dispatch teams, ensuring material availability, and monitoring production progress to meet customer delivery schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders and forecasts.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Purchase, Raw Material, Stores, Quality, and Dispatch departments.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely execution of manufacturing plans.
- Ensure availability of raw materials, consumables, and packaging materials before production.
- Track production progress and identify bottlenecks affecting delivery schedules.
- Update and monitor production planning through ERP systems.
- Prepare production loading plans for machines and manpower.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
- Coordinate with the Purchase department for timely procurement of required materials.
- Prepare daily production status reports, planning MIS, and delivery schedules.
- Analyze production capacity, machine utilization, and customer demand.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production planning and reduce lead time.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with planning procedures.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Production Planning and Control (PPC).
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, preferably wire drawing or steel manufacturing.
- Knowledge of production scheduling, capacity planning, and inventory management.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and production planning software.
- Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Good reporting and documentation skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or Any Graduate with relevant planning experience.
- 2–5 years of experience in Production Planning, PPC, or Supply Chain within a manufacturing industry.
- Experience in steel, wire, automotive, engineering, or metal manufacturing industries will be preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP software and production planning tools.
- Strong understanding of production flow, inventory management, and manufacturing operations.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and result-oriented professional.
