Job Title: Field Sales Officer

Open Locations: Entire Bhopal surrounding areas (Madhya Pradesh)
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets and grow the customer base in the region..
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Provide technical advice and product knowledge to farmers.
- Execute market development initiatives (field demos, farmer meetings)
- Strengthen the distribution network and ensure business growth
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- B.Sc. in Agriculture or Diploma in Agriculture. (Mandatory)
- 0-2 years of field sales experience in the Agri-Input companies.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills.
- Knowledge of the local agricultural market is a plus.
- Willingness to travel across assigned territories
- Bike and Driving License mandatory
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
