Key Duties & Responsibilities:*
*1. Guest Experience & Front Office*
- Oversee check-ins, check-outs, bookings, and guest communication across OTAs, WhatsApp, and direct
- Handle guest complaints, special requests, and ensure high satisfaction scores/reviews
- Maintain homestay cleanliness, room upkeep, and amenity stock
- Build rapport with repeat guests and manage homestay culture/community vibe
*2. Cafe & F&B Operations*
- Work with Head Chef/Sous Chef to ensure smooth service at Kafusa Cafe
- Monitor food quality, menu execution, stock levels, and wastage
- Oversee cafe staff schedules, training, and service standards
- Track daily sales, manage billing, and reconcile cash
*3. Staff Management*
- Hire, train, and manage homestay + cafe staff: servers, housekeeping, kitchen, front desk
- Create duty rosters, conduct performance reviews, handle discipline
- Foster a positive team culture aligned with “Travelling Troopers” brand
*4. Marketing & Revenue*
- Coordinate with marketing for promotions, social media content, and events
- Manage pricing, occupancy, and offers for homestay rooms
- Track performance on Booking.com, Airbnb, Google, and walk-ins
- Develop partnerships with local tour guides, transport, and activities
*5. Admin, Compliance & Maintenance*
- Manage budgets, expenses, and monthly P&L reporting to owners
- Ensure FSSAI, fire safety, and local compliance for both cafe and homestay
- Oversee maintenance of property, furniture, equipment, and utilities
- Handle vendor relationships: groceries, laundry, cleaning supplies, etc.
*6. Brand & Community*
- Maintain the “homely, heartfelt, delicious” brand tone across guest touchpoints
- Organize small events, bonfires, or guest activities to enhance the homestay experience
- Monitor online reviews and respond professionally
*Skills Required:*
- 3-5 years in hotel/hostel/restaurant operations
- Strong leadership + problem-solving skills
- Good with basic accounting, Excel, and booking platforms
- Excellent communication and guest handling
- Comfortable living on-site and being hands-on

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,161.22 - ₹45,130.08 per month
