Employee Relations & Policies Specialist
Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations & Case Management
-
Manage end‑to‑end Employee related matters, including performance concerns, misconduct, grievances, disciplinary and exit-related matters.

Conduct or support workplace investigations in collaboration with Corporate Investigations and GCCM Teams, ensuring procedural fairness and policy adherence.

Assess risk, recommend outcomes and document conversations and decisions with a clear, fact‑based and legally sound rationale.

Act as an escalation point for complex or high‑impact employee matters.
Policy Governance & Compliance

Interpret, apply, and govern Accenture’s global policies and local country supplements in line with applicable labor laws.

Identify policy gaps or risks arising from business changes or regulatory developments and support policy enhancements.

Ensure consistent application of policies across cases, minimizing precedent and compliance risk.
Advisory & Stakeholder Partnership
-
Provide advisory support to Business Leaders and HR Partners on employee conduct, performance management and risk mitigation.

Partner with HR, SEC and other compliance teams to ensure effective prioritization and resolution of employee queries and concerns.
Ethics, Risk & Governance
-
Support review of Business Ethics Line matters and sensitive complaints in line with COBE principles.

Coordinate with Security, ASOC, Workplace and Legal on matters involving data privacy, information security, or regulatory exposure.

Prepare case summaries, leadership notes, and legal submissions with precision and neutrality.
Continuous Improvement & Enablement

Analyze ER trends, root causes, and recurring themes to inform preventive interventions and leadership insights.

Contribute to ER capability building through playbooks, knowledge assets, training, and process improvements.

Leverage data, dashboards, and presentations to support leadership decision‑making.
