Position Overview
As a Business Development Executive (0-1 Year Experience), your primary focus will be to drive agency growth by discovering new business opportunities and fostering strong relationships with clients. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and actively promoting our website development and design services to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted market research, cold outreach, networking, and strategic prospecting activities.
- Client Engagement: Initiate contact and engage with potential clients to understand their website development needs, effectively communicating how our tailored solutions can address their business goals.
- Proposal & Pitch Development: Draft compelling proposals, presentations, and sales pitches that clearly articulate the value proposition of our development services.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with clients, managing communications seamlessly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our technical and design teams to ensure clear alignment between client requirements and final project delivery.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market developments to identify new avenues for business expansion.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 0-1 year of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles (experience in an IT or digital agency environment is a major plus).
- Tech-Savvy Mindset: A strong passion for technology with a foundational understanding of website development trends. Familiarity with UI/UX design concepts and modern web ecosystems is highly advantageous.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
