Job Summary
We are seeking a Mid-Level Data Analyst with 1+ years of experience who can transform business data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data to support strategic and operational decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple business sources.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs for management review.
- Monitor sales, revenue, customer behavior, inventory, and operational performance metrics.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Work closely with Operations, Finance, Marketing, HR, and Leadership teams to provide analytical support.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.
- Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and business planning activities.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency wherever possible.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Data Analyst or similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced Functions, Pivot Tables, Power Query).
- Good knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, retail, F&B, or multi-location business environments.
- Knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data analysis.
- Familiarity with ERP, POS, CRM, or HRMS systems.
