Looking for a smart, organized, and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support daily administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong computer skills and be proficient in office applications and accounting software.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day back office operations and administrative tasks.
- Prepare professional presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Maintain reports, MIS, and data using Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Manage basic accounting entries and records in Tally.
- Maintain and organize office documents and records.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow.
- Prepare reports, quotations, and other business documents.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime
- Good computer knowledge and typing skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
