Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Identify and develop new international markets and buyer relationships
2. Generate export leads through LinkedIn, B2B platforms, and market research
3. Communicate with international clients and understand their product requirements
4. Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and convert inquiries into orders
5. Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order processing and shipmen execution
6. Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure business closures and repeat orders
7. Ensure accurate export documentation and compliance processes
8. Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market opportunities
9. Maintain records of inquiries, client communication, and sales activities
10. Provide post-shipment support and ensure customer satisfaction
Required Skills
Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
Good negotiation and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Email handling, and online research
Familiarity with LinkedIn and B2B platforms like Alibaba, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, etc.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach
Experience
Minimum 0–2 years of experience in B2B or export sales
Prior experience in ceramics, tiles, building materials, or related industry preferred
Hands-on experience with international clients and export procedures

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
