About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Intern who wants hands-on exposure to startup sales, customer engagement, and go-to-market execution.
This is not a data-entry internship. You will play a key role in the sales process by identifying prospects, engaging with restaurant owners, managing lead pipelines, and supporting customer acquisition initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team throughout the customer acquisition journey, from prospecting to handoff.
- Research and identify restaurant prospects using platforms such as Zomato, Google Maps, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other public sources.
- Conduct outbound outreach via WhatsApp, email, Instagram DMs, and phone calls against daily activity targets.
- Run the Bridge Menu Analyzer on prospect menus and share insights as an initial engagement touchpoint.
- Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions, follow-ups, and status updates in the CRM.
- Assist Sales Representatives during restaurant visits by taking notes, gathering information, and contributing to discussions.
- Schedule product demos and follow up on proposals and customer communications.
- Ensure CRM hygiene and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
- Research competitors and provide insights on market trends and restaurant technology solutions.
- Collect customer feedback, objections, and market observations and share them with the sales and product teams.

Eligibility
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree.
- Preferred fields: Business, Marketing, Commerce, Management, or related disciplines.
- Freshers and final-year students are encouraged to apply.
Skills Required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable interacting with business owners and decision-makers.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales workflows.
- Comfortable using Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Maps, and online research tools.
- Basic familiarity with AI tools for productivity and research.
- Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
