Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused, energetic, and well-groomed Retail Sales Executive to provide an exceptional shopping experience and drive store sales. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting products, achieve individual and store sales targets, maintain visual merchandising standards, and ensure excellent customer service while representing the company's brand professionally.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Service
- Welcome customers warmly and provide a friendly shopping experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly individual sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Store Operations
- Ensure products are displayed according to visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the store.
- Replenish stock on shelves and display counters as required.
- Assist in receiving, checking, tagging, and arranging inventory.
- Conduct stock counts and support periodic inventory audits.
- Report damaged, missing, or slow-moving stock to the Store Manager.
Billing & Administration
- Assist customers during billing and payment processes.
- Ensure accurate pricing, product tagging, and promotional displays.
- Maintain daily sales records and customer information, where applicable.
- Follow company policies related to cash handling, billing, and store security.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with colleagues to achieve overall store sales goals.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, product launches, and in-store events.
- Attend product knowledge and customer service training sessions.
