Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Teacher role based in Mumbai. The Teacher will design and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum and learning objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning lessons, conducting classroom sessions, monitoring learner progress, and providing constructive feedback. The Teacher will maintain an inclusive, respectful classroom environment, manage student behavior, and adapt teaching strategies to meet different learning needs. Additional duties may include collaborating with colleagues, participating in training or meetings, and communicating with parents or guardians about learner progress. Qualifications Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with the ability to apply sound pedagogical practices in the classroom. Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Training to design structured, engaging, and goal-oriented learning experiences. Excellent Communication skills to explain concepts clearly, listen actively, and build rapport with learners and families. Relevant teaching experience in a classroom or training setting; experience with diverse learners is an advantage. Senior Secondary (12th pass) in Education or a related field preferred; relevant certifications or teacher training programs are a plus. The teachers are required to work in the ratio of 60/40 working on teaching and advertising. Ability to manage classrooms effectively, use basic educational technology, and work collaboratively with other staff members.
