Job Description:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and accurate information regarding their shipments.
- Handle co-ordination with clients, overseas agents, s.lines, co-loaders, CHAs etc.
- Handle Bookings, SI filing, VGMs, Form 13 issuances
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as operations, sales, and documentation, to ensure all shipment requirements are met.
- Liaise with customs brokers, carriers, CFS, surveyors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth clearance and transport of goods.
- Co-ordinate with BL Documentation team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Required Qualifications:
Education: any graduate
Experience: 6-9 years
Preferred Industry Background: Freight Forwarding, Shipping & Logistics, Ocean Freight Services
Salary Range: 4.5 – 5.5 LPA
