Hiring: Senior SAP Consultant (FICO Background | Implementation Lead)

Key Responsibilities
Lead and drive end-to-end SAP implementations and migrations (ECC / S/4HANA)
Act as a functional lead across SAP projects beyond just FICO
Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into SAP solutions
Bring strong expertise in SAP FICO while actively collaborating across MM, PP, SD, PM, and other modules
Contribute to solution design, architecture discussions, and system structuring
Play a key role in S/4HANA upgrades, migrations, and transformation programs
Support pre-sales and solutioning discussions including requirement gathering, solution approach, and effort estimation
Mentor junior team members and contribute to team capability building
Ensure successful execution across testing, UAT, and go-live activities
Required Skills & Experience
7–10 years of experience in SAP consulting with a strong FICO background
Proven experience in core SAP implementations (minimum 2–3 end-to-end projects)
Strong hands-on expertise in:
FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting)
CO (Cost Center, Profit Center, COPA, Product Costing)
Cross-module experience with MM, SD, and PP integrations
Experience in S/4HANA implementation or migration projects
Exposure to SAP on cloud/public cloud environments (e.g., S/4HANA Cloud) is preferred
Understanding of SAP licensing, migration strategies, and system architecture
Ability to independently manage client conversations and solutioning discussions
Prior experience leading teams or owning modules/projects
