We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support day-to-day office operations. The candidate will handle data management, documentation, coordination, and administrative support while being comfortable commuting to the office site daily.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day back office operations
- Data entry and database management
- Maintain records, files, and documentation
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and MIS data
- Coordinate with internal departments
- Handle emails and official correspondence
- Support billing, invoicing, and basic accounts work
- Ensure accuracy of office data and reports
Skills Required
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email)
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently

- 12th Pass / Any Graduate

- 0–2 years experience preferred
- Must be willing to travel daily 15–30 km to office location
