We are hiring for Transport fleet Executive for Transportation Industry
Location: Bangalore
Experience – 2 – 5 years
Salary: Upto 3.6 LPA
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor daily truck movements for inbound and outbound shipments.
- Plan and schedule vehicle dispatches based on customer requirements and delivery timelines.
- Communicate with drivers, transporters, warehouses, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
- Track vehicle movements and provide timely shipment status updates.
- Ensure timely pickup and delivery of cargo while maintaining service quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain transport-related documents, delivery notes, e-way bills, and PODs (Proof of Delivery).
- Coordinate with transport vendors and negotiate vehicle availability and freight rates when required.
- Monitor vehicle utilization and optimize routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Handle shipment delays, transit issues, and customer escalations effectively.
- Verify freight bills and transport invoices before processing for payment.
- Maintain records of transportation activities, delivery performance, and vendor performance.
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
