Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new clients in the FTL/PTL logistics segment across the assigned region.
- Acquire and manage contracted RFQs, ensuring timely submissions and competitive pricing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers, manufacturers, and traders.
- Coordinate with the pricing and supply teams to structure winning quotes and competitive proposals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly volume targets as defined by the business plan.
- Conduct regular market mapping to identify potential leads, competitors, and pricing trends.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide weekly pipeline reports to management.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate with 3–6 years of experience in logistics sales or freight brokerage.
- Strong understanding of FTL/PTL market dynamics, lane-wise pricing, and load types.
- Proven track record of new client acquisition and revenue generation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools; data-driven approach to sales.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a high-growth startup environment.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
