Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
- Manage employee documentation.
- Coordinate employee training, induction, and performance reviews.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and staff engagement activities.
Store Management
- Manage day-to-day operations of the garments retail store.
- Achieve sales targets through effective team handling and customer service.
- Monitor staff performance, scheduling, and manpower planning.
- Ensure proper stock management, inventory control, and stock audits.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and product displays.
- Ensure smooth billing, cash handling, and store administration.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with warehouse/supply team for stock availability.
- Ensure store hygiene, safety, and compliance standards.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in HR, Retail Management, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in HR operations and apparel/garments retail.
- Strong knowledge of store operations and team management.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of POS, inventory systems, and MS Office.
- Ability to manage HR activities along with retail operations.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
