Job Title: Company Secretary – Corporate Compliance & Advisory

About the Role
A CA Firm is seeking a qualified and dynamic Company Secretary to join our Corporate
Compliance & Advisory team. The role offers an opportunity to work closely with high-growth
startups and established enterprises, providing strategic legal, regulatory, and governance support
across diverse business environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 4–5 professionals handling corporate compliance, legal, and
- regulatory matters, ensuring high standards of execution and collaboration.
- Provide expert advisory to clients on corporate laws, including fundraising, compliance
frameworks, FEMA regulations, and intellectual property rights (IPR).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring the timely resolution of queries
and the delivery of high-quality advisory services.and related regulatory compliance.(FDI/ODI), Trademark laws, and other allied frameworks.regulatory authorities.strategies.startup clients.Eligibility & Qualificationssimilar environment, preferably serving startups/consultancy firms.issues and governance practices.Key Skills & Competencies
- Oversee and execute fundraising transactions, including private placements, debt issuances,
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including the Companies Act, FEMA
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders such as legal counsel, auditors, and
- Monitor regulatory updates and proactively advise clients on risk mitigation and compliance
- Drive process improvements and contribute to building scalable compliance frameworks for
- Qualified Company Secretary with a valid ICSI membership.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in team handling within a consultancy firm, PCS firm, or
- Strong working knowledge of corporate laws, FEMA regulations, private placements, right
- Practical experience in fundraising transactions and regulatory filings.
- Familiarity with the startup ecosystem and evolving regulatory landscape.
- Strong client management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and risk identification.
- Proficiency in MS Office and corporate compliance/governance tools.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
