We are looking for a motivated and result-driven IT Bidder to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating business through online bidding platforms and building strong relationships with clients for IT services and digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and bid on relevant projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, , etc.
Understand client requirements and prepare customized proposals.
Communicate with clients to discuss project scope, timelines, and pricing.
Generate leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities.
Coordinate with the technical team to ensure proper project understanding.
Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Track and maintain records of bids, leads, and client communication.
Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and project acquisition.
Required Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good understanding of IT services and software development projects
Ability to write effective proposals and client responses
Knowledge of online bidding platforms
Negotiation and client-handling skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
