Job Summary:
Greet walk-in customers, help them with silk sarees, menswear, kids wear, and ensure a premium shopping experience for domestic + international travelers.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Sales & Service
- Greet every customer within 10 seconds with a smile
- Understand customer need: Occasion, budget, fabric, color
- Suggest and showcase products: Silk sarees, Pattu, Fancy, Mens Dhoti/Shirt, Kids
- Explain offers, schemes, and payment options clearly
- Do billing at POS and gift wrapping
Store Presentation
- Maintain neat display of sarees and garments as per VM guidelines
- Refolding, size setting, and stock replenishment after every sale
- Ensure trial rooms are clean and garments are in order
Targets & Conversion
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Focus on *high-value billing* and *customer conversion* - Airport footfall has tourists
- Promote loyalty program and collect customer details
Airport-Specific Duties
- Handle customers from different states/countries - Basic English + Hindi is a plus
- Fast service during flight timings rush
- Follow airport security, timing, and dress code policies
Education / Qualification
Education: 10th Pass minimum. 12th preferred
Experience: 0-2 years in retail. Textile / Saree experience is an add-on
