About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Website Developer & SEO Content Specialist with 8–12 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in website development, technical SEO, AEO and GEO and high-quality content creation focused on driving organic traffic, search rankings, engagement, and conversions. Must have experience working with US clients. Work hours: US Shift
This role requires someone who can independently design, develop, optimize, and maintain high-performing websites while creating SEO-driven content that improves website visibility, user experience, and overall digital growth. The candidate should possess strong technical development skills combined with proven SEO expertise to drive measurable business results and enhance online presence.
Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite Development
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-performance websites
- Build and manage websites using WordPress, Shopify, or custom frameworks
- Ensure websites are mobile-friendly, secure, fast-loading, and SEO optimized
- Troubleshoot bugs, technical issues, and website performance problems
- Integrate third-party tools, plugins, APIs, and analytics systems
- Improve website UI/UX and conversion performance
SEO & Website Optimization
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Implement on-page and technical SEO best practices
- Optimize website structure, speed, indexing, and crawlability
- Improve organic search rankings and website traffic
- Monitor SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
- Execute backlink and off-page SEO strategies
Content Creation & SEO Writing
- Create high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized content for websites, blogs, landing pages, and marketing campaigns
- Develop content strategies aligned with business and SEO goals
- Optimize existing content for better rankings and user engagement
- Write compelling copy that improves conversions and brand visibility
- Understand search intent and create content accordingly
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in website development and SEO
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, Shopify, and CMS platforms
- Excellent SEO content writing and content strategy skills
- Strong understanding of technical SEO and search engine algorithms
- Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Google Analytics
- Ability to create content that ranks and converts
- Knowledge of website hosting, DNS, SSL, and performance optimization
- Understanding of responsive design and modern UI/UX principles
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with eCommerce websites
- Knowledge of local SEO and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Familiarity with Google Ads and digital marketing campaigns
- Portfolio demonstrating SEO growth and website projects
