About the Role We are looking for experienced ServiceNow professionals to join our growing ServiceNow practice, with hands-on experience in designing, developing, customizing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience delivering enterprise ServiceNow implementations. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications.
- Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, Script Includes, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub solutions.
- Build and maintain Service Catalog items, Record Producers, Knowledge Base, and Portal components.
- Develop and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations with external applications.
- Create reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics.
- Perform code reviews and follow ServiceNow development best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
Requirements
- Have strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
- Have experience in one or more modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM.
