We are looking for a smart, design-oriented and articulate Interior Designers to join our Luxury Decorative Hardware Experience Centre as a Product Specialist.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of luxury interiors, materials, finishes and design aesthetics, international brands, with the ability to guide architects, interior designers and clients in selecting the right decorative hardware for their projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome and professionally engage with architects, interior designers and clients visiting the experience centre.
- Understand project requirements and recommend suitable luxury hardware, finishes and product combinations.
- Develop a strong knowledge of our international product range, technical specifications, applications and finishes.
- Assist HNI clients, designers and clients with product selection based on design concept, functionality and budget.
- Prepare product presentations, mood boards, quotations and proposals when required.
- Coordinate with the sales and design teams to convert enquiries into orders.
- Follow up on enquiries and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers and clients.
- Assist with site visits or client meetings when required to understand project requirements.
- Keep updated with emerging trends in luxury hardware, interior design, materials and finishes.
- Maintain a high standard of presentation and product display within the experience centre.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in interior design, luxury hardware, furniture, sanitaryware, lighting, surfaces or other premium interior products.
- Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of contemporary and luxury interiors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Smart, well-presented, confident and professionally articulate.
- Comfortable interacting with architects, interior designers and high-end clients.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and presentation/quotation preparation, presentations.
- Proactive, creative, detail-oriented and commercially minded.
- Willingness to learn and develop deep product expertise.
