Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities across our project sites in Pune (Dighi, Dhanori, and Wakad). The ideal candidate should have strong site execution experience, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and as per quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities at the assigned project site.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, engineers, architects, and vendors.
- Monitor manpower, materials, machinery, and site resources for efficient project execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain quality standards throughout the construction process.
- Track project progress and report daily/weekly updates to the Project Manager.
- Verify measurements, monitor material consumption, and minimize wastage.
- Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
- Maintain site documentation, work records, and progress reports.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned activities within budget and quality parameters.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
- Good leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office;
- Willingness to travel between project sites in Pune as required.

- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of site safety practices and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple site activities efficiently.
