About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Stitch garments according to patterns, measurements, and technical specifications.
- Perform alterations and adjustments to ensure excellent garment fit.
- Handle various fabric types, including woven, knit, silk, cotton, linen, and specialty textiles.
- Read and interpret technical sketches, patterns, and measurement charts.
- Maintain consistency in stitching quality and finishing.
- Conduct quality checks before garments move to the next production stage.
- Collaborate with designers, pattern makers, and merchandisers during sample development.
- Ensure machines and equipment are maintained in good working condition.
- Meet production timelines without compromising quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of tailoring experience in apparel manufacturing or boutique production.
- Strong understanding of garment construction techniques.
- Experience operating industrial sewing machines.
- Knowledge of different seams, finishes, and garment assembly methods.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in sampling and prototype development.
- Knowledge of premium garment finishing.

- Track sampling progress and production timelines.
- Maintain purchase orders and production records.
- Follow up with internal departments to ensure timely execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Create original artworks, illustrations, and hand-painted designs.
- Develop artwork for textile prints, embroidery, and surface ornamentation.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop seasonal collections.
- Research global art, fashion, and design trends for inspiration.
- Experiment with various artistic mediums, including watercolor, acrylic, ink, mixed media, and digital illustration.
- Convert hand-created artwork into production-ready digital files.
- Develop mood boards, color stories, and concept presentations.
- Maintain consistency with brand aesthetics and design language.
- Participate in client presentations and creative discussions.
- Archive artwork and maintain design documentation.
Required Qualifications
