CMT Representative (Freight Brokerage) Globalteanz Key Responsibilities Present Manage daily freight brokerage operations, carrier communication, and shipment tracking. Generate and pursue sales leads throughout the sales cycle. Prepare quotations and proposals for prospective clients. Post freight loads and coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely fulfillment. Support freight sales activities and assist with dispatch operations to meet customer requirements. Maintain strong communication with carriers and customers while ensuring high service quality
