About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented PGT Accountancy to teach Class 11 and Class 12 (CBSE curriculum). The ideal candidate must have strong conceptual clarity, excellent classroom management, and a track record of preparing students for board exams and competitive commerce entries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and concept-driven lectures for Class 11 & 12 Accountancy as per the latest CBSE syllabus.
- Design lesson plans, assignments, worksheets, and mock test papers aligned with board exam patterns.
- Regularly evaluate student performance, provide constructive feedback, and conduct remedial sessions for students needing extra support.
- Guide students through practical projects, viva preparation, and case studies.
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding academic progress and behavioral development.
- Participate actively in school academic events, commerce club activities, and staff meetings.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Master’s degree in Commerce (M.Com) with B.Ed (Mandatory as per CBSE norms).
- Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of proven teaching experience in a CBSE-affiliated school handling senior secondary classes.
- Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of CBSE Accountancy syllabus and evaluation standards.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in smart classes, modern teaching aids, and digital evaluation tools.
